Our Mission as a Company
Our daily goal is to produce quality printed materials and provide quality mailing services.
Quality work means we have met the time, quantity, and quality requirements of our customers and that we have met both our own internal standards as well as industry standards.
Our second daily goal is no less important than the first. That is to treat our customer's materials and our equipment as if they are our own valuable possessions, and to treat our customers and our co-workers the same way we want to be treated; with respect, courtesy, and kindness.
About Us
Data Mail has been providing Direct Mail services since 1981. As the largest mailer
in the Tri-State area, Data Mail employs 17 full-time and
15 part-time staff members, and mails over 25 million pieces of mail per year from it's
25,000 square foot facility in downtown Evansville.
We continually strive to
be on the cutting edge of technology and ideas in the printing and mailing industries in order
to provide our customers with the best and most innovative service possible.
Since 1996, we have been presorting mail
on the area's only Multi-Line Optical Character Reader (OCR), and currently presort 30,000-50,000
pieces of mail per day for over 25 customers, in this department alone.
